GM1 ADR.AR.C.015(c) Initiation of the certification process ED Decision 2014/012/R ESTABLISHMENT AND NOTIFICATION OF THE CERTIFICATION BASIS Establishing the certification basis means that at the start of which the applicant proposes the certification specifications applicable to the aerodrome, the Competent Authority finalises the set of all applicable certification specifications. This means that it may change and also add additional applicable certification specifications to the applicant’s proposal; this is typically an iterative process.
