Regulation (EU) 2021/1963 (k) If the organisation performs airworthiness reviews and issues the corresponding airworthiness review certificate in accordance with point [ML.A.903](#_DxCrossRefBm1518545072) of Annex Vb (Part-ML), it shall have airworthiness review staff that are qualified and authorised in accordance with point [145.A.37](#_DxCrossRefBm1518545385).
*Regulation (EU) 2021/1963* (k) If the organisation performs airworthiness reviews and issues the corresponding airworthiness review certificate in accordance with point [ML.A.903](#_DxCrossRefBm1203439959) of Annex Vb (Part-ML), it shall have airworthiness review staff that are qualified and authorised in accordance with point [145.A.37](#_DxCrossRefBm1203440272).
