##### AMC1 ORA.FSTD.110(c)(4) Management of modifications *ED Decision 2026/006/R* **DECLARATION OF COMPLIANCE TO THE COMPETENT AUTHORITY** (a) The organisation operating the FSTD should submit to the competent authority a declaration of compliance in case of a major modification to an FSTD performed in accordance with point [ORA.FSTD.110](#_DxCrossRefBm2072462921)(b). (b) The declaration of compliance should be sent no later than three days after the final acceptance of the modification has been performed.
