Regulation (EU) 2021/1963 (d) The organisation shall have a maintenance man-hour plan to ensure it has sufficient and appropriately qualified staff to plan, perform, supervise, inspect and monitor the organisation’s activities in accordance with the terms of approval. In addition, the organisation shall have a procedure to reassess the work intended to be carried out when the actual staff availability is reduced compared to the planned staffing level for a particular work shift or period.
