#### ORGH.GEN.100 Scope *Regulation (EU) 2025/20* This Annex establishes requirements on the following: (a) responsibilities of the organisations listed in [Article 3](#_DxCrossRefBm752106540) definition (1) of this Regulation, which provide ground handling services at one or more aerodromes within the scope of [Regulation (EU) 2018/1139](https://eur-lex.europa.eu/eli/reg/2018/1139/oj); (b) conditions and procedures for the declaration by those organisations.
