##### GM1 Article 2(3) Scope *ED Decision 2025/007/R* **MARSHALLING OF AIRCRAFT** (a) Organisations that provide aircraft marshalling services are required to comply with the requirements of [Regulation (EU) No 139/2014](https://eur-lex.europa.eu/eli/reg/2014/139/oj) applicable to aircraft marshalling. (b) If such organisations also provide GH services that are included in the scope of [Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2025/20](https://eur-lex.europa.eu/eli/reg_del/2025/20/oj), this Regulation is applicable to them and they are expected to declare their activities in accordance with Subpart [ORGH.DEC](#_DxCrossRefBm752106510), except for the marshalling services.
