##### GM1 ORGH.DEC.100 Declaration — general requirements *ED Decision 2025/007/R* **GENERAL** The intention of a declaration is to: (a) have the GH organisation acknowledge its responsibilities under the applicable safety regulations; (b) inform the competent authority of the existence of a GH organisation; and (c) enable the competent authority to conduct oversight in accordance with Subpart [ARGH.OVS](#_DxCrossRefBm752106427) of [Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/23](https://eur-lex.europa.eu/eli/reg_impl/2025/23/oj).
