Regulation (EU) 2021/1963 (b) The accountable manager shall nominate a person or group of persons representing the management structure for the maintenance functions and with the responsibility to ensure that the organisation works in accordance with the MOE and approved procedures. It shall be made clear in the procedures who deputises for a particular person in the case of lengthy absence of that person.
