##### AMC1 ORGH.MGM.210 Personnel *ED Decision 2025/007/R* **CUMULATION OF FUNCTIONS** (a) The cumulation of several functions into one person’s role, including the function of an accountable manager, should depend on the size of the organisation and the scale of its operation. The person should meet two main conditions, namely to be competent and to have the capacity to fulfil their assigned responsibilities. (b) As regards competence in different areas of responsibility, there should not be any difference from the requirements applicable to persons holding only one post.
