##### GM1 ORGH.GEN.105(a) Competent authority *ED Decision 2025/007/R* **DECLARATION BY GH ORGANISATIONS HAVING THEIR PRINCIPAL PLACE OF BUSINESS OUTSIDE THE TERRITORIES TO WHICH THE TREATIES APPLY** Point [ORGH.GEN.105](#_DxCrossRefBm752106552)(a)’s scope of application includes GH organisations that provide services in more than one Member State, either as an independent organisation or as part of a single GH organisation business grouping, and whose principal place of business (PPoB) is outside the territories to which the Treaties apply. Such GH organisations submit a declaration to the competent authority of each Member State where they provide services.
