##### AMC1 ORGH.TRG.100(j) Training and assessment programme *ED Decision 2025/007/R* **EVALUATION OF THE TRAINING PROGRAMME** The GH organisation should develop a process for a continuing evaluation of the training and assessment programme of its GH personnel. The evaluation process should ensure that: (a) the training and assessment plans are relevant to the work in the specific context and environment to which they may be assigned after training; (b) the programme enables the trainees to achieve the interim and final competency standards; (c) remedial actions are taken if in‑training and post‑training evaluations indicate evident criteria to do so; and (d) the evaluation of the programme takes place regularly, with a frequency that is relevant to the organisation.
