##### AMC1 ORGH.MGM.200(b)(2)(iii) General requirements for the management system *ED Decision 2025/007/R* **MONITORING SAFETY PERFORMANCE** (a) The GH organisation should conduct an annual review of its safety performance, to assess whether it carries out the declared tasks and responsibilities safely and effectively, as established through its safety policy and safety objectives. (b) The safety review should be based on relevant data and information, risk registers and potential risks identified through safety audits, reviews and/or surveys, and it should be appropriate for the size and complexity of the organisation. For large, complex organisations, it should include safety trends.
