##### AMC1 ARGH.OVS.315(a) Oversight tasks *ED Decision 2025/006/R* **MANAGEMENT SYSTEM ASSESSMENT** (a) As part of the oversight tasks, the competent authority should assess the organisation’s management system and processes to make sure that all the required enablers of a functioning management system are present and suitable. (b) When significant changes take place in the organisation, the competent authority should determine whether there is a need to review the existing assessment to ensure that it is still appropriate.
