AMC1 SERA.14050 Radiotelephony call signs for aircraft ED Decision 2024/007/R **AIRCRAFT RADIOTELEPHONY CALL SIGN SETTING** Unless otherwise instructed by the air traffic controller in accordance with point (a) of point [SERA.14055](#_DxCrossRefBm413419505), the Mode S- or ADS-B-equipped aircraft should use a radiotelephony call sign corresponding to the aircraft identification specified in the flight plan or, when operating without a flight plan, a radiotelephony call sign corresponding to the aircraft identification transmitted by the Mode S transponder or ADS-B transmitter. *[applicable from 1 May 2025 – ED Decision 2024/007/R]*
