ORA.AeMC.205 Contracted activities Regulation (EU) 2024/2076 Notwithstanding point [ORA.GEN.205](#_DxCrossRefBm894736272), all of the following shall apply: (a)     minimum required aero-medical examinations shall be performed within the organisation of the AeMC, in accordance with the scope and privileges defined in the terms of approval attached to the AeMC’s certificate; (b)     additional medical examinations and investigations may be performed by contracted individual experts or organisations.
