GM1 ADR.OPS.B.095(b) Hot spots ED Decision 2024/004/R STRATEGIES TO MITIGATE THE RISK OF HOT SPOT(S) Strategies to manage and mitigate the risk from hot spots, depending on the case, include, but are not limited to, the following: (a) construction of new taxiways; (b) additional visual aids (signs, markings and lighting); (c) establishment of alternative routings; (d) the mitigation of blind spots in the aerodrome control tower; (e) awareness campaigns; and (f) publishing the hot spot in the AIP. *[applicable from 24 May 2025 – ED Decision 2024/004/R]*
