UAM.IDE.MVCA.355 Management of aeronautical databases Regulation (EU) 2024/1111 (a) The IAM operator shall: (1) ensure that the aeronautical databases to be used on certified aircraft system applications meet the data quality requirements that are adequate for the intended use of the data; (2) ensure the timely distribution and update of current and unaltered aeronautical databases to all aircraft that require them; (3) report to the database provider instances of erroneous, inconsistent or missing data that might be reasonably expected to constitute a hazard to flight, notwithstanding any other occurrence-reporting requirements as defined in [Regulation (EU) No 376/2014](https://eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/EN/TXT/?uri=CELEX%3A32014R0376). In such cases, the IAM operator shall inform all personnel concerned, and shall ensure that the affected data is not used.
