UAM.IDE.MVCA.315 Equipment for on-water operations Regulation (EU) 2024/1111 (a) A VCA certified for operating on water shall be equipped with: (1) a sea anchor and other equipment necessary to facilitate mooring, anchoring or manoeuvring the VCA on water, appropriate to its size, weight and handling characteristics; and (2) equipment for making the sound signals prescribed in the International Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea, where applicable. *[applicable from 1 May 2025 — Regulation (EU) 2024/1111]*
