CS ADR-DSN.L.595 Apron safety lines ED Decision 2014/013/R (a) Applicability: Apron safety lines should be provided on an apron as required by the parking configurations and ground facilities. (b) Location: Apron safety lines should be located so as to define the areas intended for use by ground vehicles and other aircraft servicing equipment to provide safe separation from aircraft. (c) Characteristics: (1) Apron safety lines should include such elements as wing tip clearance lines and service road boundary lines as required by the parking configurations and ground facilities. (2) Apron safety lines should be of a conspicuous colour which should contrast with that used for aircraft stand markings. (3) An apron safety line should be continuous in length and at least 10 cm in width.
