DPO.OR.B.010 Facility requirements Regulation (EU) 2023/1769 An organisation involved in the design or production of ATM/ANS equipment shall ensure that its facilities and equipment, including testing facilities and equipment, are adequate and suitable to perform and manage all its tasks and activities in accordance with the applicable requirements.
