GM1 21L.B.13(b) Information to the Agency ED Decision 2023/013/R MEANING OF SAFETY-SIGNIFICANT INFORMATION THAT STEMS FROM OCCURRENCE REPORTS Safety-significant information that stems from occurrence reports means: (a) a conclusive safety analysis which summarises individual occurrence data and provides an in-depth analysis of a safety issue, and which may be relevant for EASA’s safety action planning; and (b) individual sets or pieces of occurrence data for cases for which EASA is the competent authority and which fulfils the reporting criteria of [GM3 21L.B.13(b)](#_DxCrossRefBm1649098186).
