AMC1 IS.D.OR.230(c) Information security external reporting scheme ED Decision 2023/009/R Within the overall limit of 72 hours the degree of urgency for submission of a report should be determined by the level of the safety impact judged to have resulted from the information security incident or discovered vulnerability. Where an occurrence is judged by the person identifying the possible unsafe condition to have resulted in an immediate and particularly significant hazard, the competent authority expects to be advised immediately and by the fastest possible means (telephone, fax, email, telex, etc.) of whatever details are available at that time.
