AMC1 Article 15(1)(h) Conditions for obtaining a certificate ED Decision 2022/022/R BUSINESS PLAN (a) The applicant should present a robust business plan that shows that the service provision costs can be covered with the prices that can be achieved on the market. (b) The business plan should cover: (1) market analysis; (2) information on the implementation of new infrastructure or other developments, and a statement on how they will contribute to improving the performance of their services, including level and quality of services; (3) the expected short-term financial position and any changes to or impacts on the business plan; and (4) planning showing how the business will be financially sustainable.
