AMC1 Article 8(2) Network identification service ED Decision 2022/022/R ACCESS USSPs should provide the authorised users defined in [Article 8](#_DxCrossRefBm1226739986)(4) of [Regulation (EU) 2021/664](https://eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/EN/TXT/?uri=CELEX%3A32021R0664&qid=1705662224579) with access to aggregated network remote identification data using the communication protocol defined in Annex 4 to ASTM F3411-22A ‘Standard Specification for Remote ID and Tracking’.
