GM3 Article 15(1)(e) Conditions for obtaining a certificate ED Decision 2022/022/R MANAGEMENT SYSTEM — SAFETY ASSESSMENT (a) A safety assessment is conducted when an applicant initiates the process to be issued with a certificate, and when a change affects a part of the functional system used in the provision of its services. (b) The safety assessment is usually conducted by the applicant itself. It may also be conducted by another organisation, on its behalf, provided the responsibility with regard to the acceptability of the outcome remains with the applicant.
