GM3 Article 10(5) UAS flight authorisation service ED Decision 2022/022/R UNJUSTIFIED DELAY A possible interpretation of the expression ‘without unjustified delay’ is provided in ASTM F3548-21 ‘Standard Specification for UAS Service Supplier (USS) Interoperability’, which requires that the activation of flight authorisations be confirmed within 5 seconds for 95 % of the time.
