AMC4 Article 15(1) Conditions for obtaining a certificate ED Decision 2022/022/R COMPLIANCE MATRIX The applicant should develop a compliance matrix for the competent authority to ensure the soundness and completeness of the compliance demonstration. The compliance matrix should: (a) cover all the layers of items to be satisfied (i.e. requirements of [Regulation (EU) 2021/664](https://eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/EN/TXT/?uri=CELEX%3A32021R0664&qid=1708690477017), the related AMC and GM, and applicable industry standards); (b) capture how each item is intended to be satisfied; and (c) link each item with supporting evidence (e.g. documents, tests, engineering documents).
