ADR.OPS.C.005 Maintenance — General Delegated Regulation (EU) 2020/2148 (a) The aerodrome operator shall establish and implement a maintenance programme, which includes preventive maintenance where appropriate, to maintain aerodrome facilities, systems and equipment necessary for the operation of the aerodrome in a condition which does not impair the safety, regularity or efficiency of air navigation. The design and implementation of the maintenance programme shall observe human factors principles. (b) The aerodrome operator shall ensure that appropriate and adequate means are provided for the effective implementation of the maintenance programme.
