21L.A.271 Scope Regulation (EU) 2022/1358 This Subpart establishes the procedures for the issuance of statements of conformity for aircraft ([EASA Form 52B](#_DxCrossRefBm1649097273)) and authorised release certificates ([EASA Form 1](#_DxCrossRefBm1649096870)) for engines and propellers, or parts thereof, that have been produced in conformity with the design data of a declaration of design compliance, and the rights and obligations of the declarant.
