21L.A.178 Notification of changes and cessation of activities Regulation (EU) 2022/1358 The declared design organisation shall notify the Agency without undue delay of the following: (a) any changes to the information that has been declared in accordance with point (c) of point [21L.A.173](#_DxCrossRefBm1649097797); (b) changes to the management system for design that are significant for the demonstration of compliance of the product designed by them; (c) the cessation of some or all of the activities covered by the declaration.
