21L.A.255 Identification of parts Regulation (EU) 2022/1358 Any natural or legal person who produces parts under [Subpart G](#_DxCrossRefBm1649097182) of Section A of Annex I (Part 21) or under [Subpart G](#_DxCrossRefBm1649097708) or [R](#_DxCrossRefBm1649097705) of this Annex for a product for which the design has been approved or declared in accordance with this Annex shall permanently and legibly mark that part as specified in accordance with point [21L.A.252](#_DxCrossRefBm1649098019).
#### 21L.A.255 Identification of parts *Regulation (EU) 2022/1358* Any natural or legal person who produces parts under [Subpart G](#_DxCrossRefBm485230673) of Section A of Annex I (Part 21) or under [Subpart G](#_DxCrossRefBm485231204) or [R](#_DxCrossRefBm485231201) of this Annex for a product for which the design has been approved or declared in accordance with this Annex shall permanently and legibly mark that part as specified in accordance with point [21L.A.252](#_DxCrossRefBm485231515).
