21L.A.29 Transferability of a type certificate Regulation (EU) 2022/1358 A type certificate may be transferred to a new holder, provided that the Agency has verified, in accordance with point [21L.B.49](#_DxCrossRefBm1649097825), that the natural or legal person to whom the type certificate is intended to be transferred is eligible in accordance with point [21L.A.22](#_DxCrossRefBm1649097793) to hold a type certificate and is able to undertake the obligations of a type-certificate holder under point [21L.A.28](#_DxCrossRefBm1649097823). The holder of the type certificate or the natural or legal person who wishes to adopt the certificate shall apply to the Agency to verify whether these conditions are complied with, in a form and manner established by the Agency.
#### 21L.A.29 Transferability of a type certificate *Regulation (EU) 2022/1358* A type certificate may be transferred to a new holder, provided that the Agency has verified, in accordance with point [21L.B.49](#_DxCrossRefBm485231321), that the natural or legal person to whom the type certificate is intended to be transferred is eligible in accordance with point [21L.A.22](#_DxCrossRefBm485231289) to hold a type certificate and is able to undertake the obligations of a type-certificate holder under point [21L.A.28](#_DxCrossRefBm485231319).
