21L.A.84 Application for a supplemental type certificate Regulation (EU) 2022/1358 (a) An application for a supplemental type certificate shall be made in a form and manner established by the Agency. (b) When applying for a supplemental type certificate, the applicant shall: 1. include in the application the information required by point [21L.A.65](#_DxCrossRefBm1649097885)(b;) 2. specify whether the certification data has been or will be prepared completely by the applicant or on the basis of an arrangement with the owner of the type-certification data.
#### 21L.A.84 Application for a supplemental type certificate *Regulation (EU) 2022/1358* (a) An application for a supplemental type certificate shall be made in a form and manner established by the Agency.
