21L.A.82 Eligibility Regulation (EU) 2022/1358 Any natural or legal person who has demonstrated, or is in the process of demonstrating, or have declared, their design capability in accordance with point [21L.A.83](#_DxCrossRefBm1649097312) may apply for a supplemental type certificate under the conditions laid down in this Subpart.
