21L.A.128 Notification of changes and cessation of activities Regulation (EU) 2022/1358 The declared production organisation shall notify the competent authority without undue delay of the following: (a) any changes to the information that has been declared in accordance with point (c) of point [21L.A.123](#_DxCrossRefBm1649097982); (b) any changes to the management system for production that are significant to the showing of conformity or to the airworthiness and environmental compatibility characteristics of the product or part; (c) the cessation of some of or all the activities covered by the declaration.
