21L.A.4 Airworthiness directives Regulation (EU) 2022/1358 When an airworthiness directive has to be issued by the Agency in accordance with point [21L.B.23](#_DxCrossRefBm1649097738) to correct an unsafe condition, or to require the performance of an inspection, the holder of the type certificate, supplemental type certificate, major repair design approval, or any other relevant certificate deemed to have been issued under this Annex, as well as the declarant of a declaration of design compliance, as applicable, shall: (a)     propose the appropriate corrective action or required inspections, or both, and submit details of these proposals to the Agency for approval; (b)     following the approval by the Agency of the proposals referred to under point (a), make available to all known operators or owners of the product or part, and, on request, to any person required to comply with the airworthiness directive, appropriate descriptive data and accomplishment instructions. #### 21L.A.4 Airworthiness directives *Regulation (EU) 2022/1358* When an airworthiness directive has to be issued by the Agency in accordance with point [21L.B.23](#_DxCrossRefBm485231234) to correct an unsafe condition, or to require the performance of an inspection, the holder of the type certificate, supplemental type certificate, major repair design approval, or any other relevant certificate deemed to have been issued under this Annex, as well as the declarant of a declaration of design compliance, as applicable, shall: (a) propose the appropriate corrective action or required inspections, or both, and submit details of these proposals to the Agency for approval; (b) following the approval by the Agency of the proposals referred to under point (a), make available to all known operators or owners of the product or part, and, on request, to any person required to comply with the airworthiness directive, appropriate descriptive data and accomplishment instructions.
