21L.A.122 Eligibility Regulation (EU) 2022/1358 Any natural or legal person (‘organisation’) may declare their production capability under this Subpart, if that person: (a) has applied or intends to apply for the approval of the design of the product or part in accordance with this Annex; or (b) has declared or intends to declare the compliance of an aircraft design in accordance with this Annex; or (c) is collaborating with the applicant for, or holder of, an approval of the design of the product to be issued or issued in accordance with this Annex, or with the organisation that has declared or intends to declare the compliance of that aircraft design in accordance with this Annex, in order to ensure that the manufactured product or part is in conformity to that design, and to ensure the continued airworthiness of the product or part.
