21L.A.61 Scope Regulation (EU) 2022/1358 This Subpart establishes: (a)     the procedure for applying for the approval of changes to type certificates for products certified in accordance with this Annex, provided that the changed product is still within the scope of point [21L.A.21](#_DxCrossRefBm1649097718); (b)     the rights and obligations of the applicants for, and holders of, those approvals referred to in point (a); (c)      provisions regarding the standard changes that do not require an approval.
