GM1 CAT.POL.H.215(a)(3) En-route – critical engine inoperative ED Decision 2023/007/R RELEVANT TERRAIN AND OBSTACLES IN VFR The terrain and obstacles to be considered are within the distance on either side of the intended track that is specified in the applicable airspace requirements: (a) for day VFR, the distances are specified in SERA.5005(f); (b) for night VFR, the distances are specified in SERA.5005(c), or as authorised by the competent authority. *[applicable from 25 May 2024 — ED Decision 2023/007/R]*
