Publication of the common information referred to in Article 5(4)(a) Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/664 1. Providers of common information services shall ensure that the information referred to in [Article 5(1), (2) and (3)](#_DxCrossRefBm1226740008) is available online through common open, secure, scalable, sustainable technologies that are able to support the required levels of availability and performances, and that ensure interoperability and the free movement of U-space services in Union. 2. Providers of common information services shall grant access to common information on a non‑discriminatory basis. 3. U-space service providers and air traffic service providers shall use a common secure interoperable open communication protocol.
