AMC2 ATS.TR.237(a) Dynamic reconfiguration of the U-space airspace ED Decision 2022/023/R PRIORITY TO SPECIAL OPERATIONS When intending to apply dynamic reconfiguration of the U-space airspace, air traffic control units should give priority to special operations, as defined in Article 4 of [Regulation (EU) No 923/2012](https://eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/EN/TXT/?uri=CELEX%3A32012R0923&qid=1648103399965), whether performed by UASs or manned aircraft.
