AMC1 21.B.15(b) Information to the Agency ED Decision 2022/021/R AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVES When the competent authority of a Member State receives an airworthiness directive from the competent authority of a non-Member State, that airworthiness directive should be transferred to EASA for dissemination in accordance with Article 76 of [Regulation (EU) 2018/1139](https://eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/EN/TXT/?uri=CELEX%3A32018R1139).
