AMC1 21.A.247 Changes to the design management system ED Decision 2022/021/R APPLICATION FOR APPROVAL OF SIGNIFICANT CHANGES OR CHANGES IN THE TERMS OF APPROVAL OF A DESIGN ORGANISATION An application for approval of significant changes or changes in the terms of approval of a design organisation (DO) should be submitted in writing to EASA. The design organisation (DO) should demonstrate to EASA, on the basis of the submission of any proposed changes to the handbook or the DOA, and before the implementation of the changes, that it will continue to comply with Part 21 after the implementation.
