GM1 21.A.239(c)(5) Design management system ED Decision 2022/021/R SAFETY PROMOTION (a)     Safety training, combined with safety communication and information sharing, is part of safety promotion. (b)     Safety promotion activities support the following: (1)     the organisation’s policies, encouraging a positive safety culture, thus creating an environment that is favourable to the achievement of the organisation’s safety objectives; (2)     organisational lessons learned; and (3)     the implementation of an effective safety reporting scheme and the development of a ‘just culture’.
