IS.AR.100 Scope Regulation (EU) 2023/203 This Part establishes the management requirements to be met by the competent authorities referred to in [Article 2](#_DxCrossRefBm1193569435)(2) of this Regulation. The requirements to be met by those competent authorities for the performance of their certification, oversight and enforcement activities are contained in the Regulations referred to in [Article 2](#_DxCrossRefBm1193569435)(1) of this Regulation and in [Article 2](#_DxCrossRefBm1193569456) of [Delegated Regulation (EU) 2022/1645](https://eur-lex.europa.eu/eli/reg_del/2022/1645/oj).
