Article 4 – Requirements for organisations and competent authorities Regulation (EU) 2024/1109 1.      The organisations referred to in [Article 2](#_DxCrossRefBm1193569435)(1) shall comply with the requirements of [Annex II](#_DxCrossRefBm1193569442) (Part-IS.I.OR) to this Regulation. 2.      The competent authorities referred to in [Article 2](#_DxCrossRefBm1193569435)(2), (3) and (3a) shall comply with the requirements of [Annex I](#_DxCrossRefBm1193569441) (Part-IS.AR) to this Regulation.
## Article 4 – Requirements for organisations and competent authorities *Regulation (EU) 2024/1109* 1. The organisations referred to in [Article 2](#_DxCrossRefBm1749084166)(1) shall comply with the requirements of [Annex II](#_DxCrossRefBm1749084173) (Part‑IS.I.OR) to this Regulation. 2.
