GM1 Article 22(b) Transitional provisions ED Decision 2022/002/R UAS OPERATIONS CLOSE TO PERSONS When operating a UAS with a maximum take-off mass (MTOM) of up to 2 kg, the remote pilot may fly the UAS keeping a minimum horizontal distance of 50 m from uninvolved persons (please refer to [GM1 Article 2(18)](#_DxCrossRefBm1106656745) for additional information).
