21.B.115 Means of compliance Regulation (EU) 2022/203 (a)Â Â Â Â The Agency shall develop acceptable means of compliance (âAMCâ) that may be used to establish compliance with [Regulation (EU)Â 2018/1139](https://eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/EN/TXT/?uri=CELEX%3A32018R1139) and its delegated and implementing acts. (b)Â Â Â Â Alternative means of compliance may be used to establish compliance with this Regulation. (c)Â Â Â Â Â Competent authorities shall inform the Agency of any alternative means of compliance used by organisations under their oversight or by themselves for establishing compliance with this Regulation.
