GM1 ADR.OPS.C.007(d) Maintenance of vehicles ED Decision 2021/003/R UNINTENDED USE OF UNSERVICEABLE VEHICLES Apart from the obligation to ensure that an unserviceable vehicle is removed from operations, measures also need to be taken to avoid the unintended use of an unserviceable vehicle. The latter may include the placing of a warning placard inside the vehicle to inform about the unserviceability of the vehicle, and the establishment of a method for the provision of such information to the relevant personnel, especially those of the next shift.
