GM2 ADR.OPS.A.010 Data quality requirements ED Decision 2021/003/R URGENT DISTRIBUTION OF AERONAUTICAL INFORMATION The obligation to comply with the relevant provisions of [ADR.OPS.A.010](#_DxCrossRefBm1800047066) (Data quality requirements) does not prevent the urgent distribution of aeronautical information necessary to ensure the safety of flight. It is recognised that, in this case, it is not always possible to comply with all the relevant provisions. However, it is also not possible to determine a priori in all cases where this exception may apply; hence this is dependent on a case-by-case individual assessment made by competent staff.
